This is your roadmap to elevate your design studio to the next level, creating more impact, confidence, and attracting the clients you deserve.
Â
Ready to say goodbye to uncertainty, endless revisions, and underpaying clients?
Thereâs a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to finally build a thriving interior design studio, and the time to act isâŻright now.
Â
You want to make it happen.Â
But between the latest â3 Secrets to Landing Dream Projectsâ webinars and those free Instagram lives that just give you theâŻbare minimum, youâre still sitting there like, âIâm so ready for this, but HOW the heck do I actuallyâŻmake it happen?âÂ

Maybe youâre fresh out of design school...
Â
Youâve got all this creative energy buzzing inside you, ready to tackle the world.Â
But then... crickets. Clients? Few and far between. Dream projects? Still dreaming.Â
Youâve been googling âhow to start a design businessâ and hoping that winging it works.Â
Meanwhile, the bills keep rolling in, and you're starting to think,âŻ"Is this really what being an interior designer looks like?"Â
And let's be honest, the thought of juggling both design and business? That part wasn't in the brochure!
Or maybe youâve been around the design block for a while...
Â
Youâve got some great projects under your belt, but somethingâs missing.Â
Youâre starting to feel like you're repeating the same designs and the creative spark you once had is... well, dimming.Â
Youâve been eyeing those high-end projects, but they just arenât showing up on your doorstep.Â
And every time you raise your rates, you hear crickets. Sound familiar?
The moment you catch yourself thinking, 'Is this really what I want from my design career?' is exactly when it's no longer an option to keep playing small. Itâs time to chase those dream projects.Â

SO, LETâSÂ DITCHÂ THE 'BUT WHAT IFÂ IâMÂ NOTÂ CUT OUT FOR THISâ ORÂ âAM IÂ EVENÂ TALENTED ENOUGH TO CHARGE HIGHER RATESâ MINDSET.Â

Like Marieke did
Before DBM, I lacked clarity and underpriced my work, but with the right strategy and insights, I refined my pricing, attracted ideal clients, and confidently grew my interior design business.

Or Desiree did
I joined DBM because I was struggling to get clients despite working on my socials and website, and since then, my mindset has shifted as Iâve learned to focus on solving specific problems for my ideal clientâeven if it feels scary or unfamiliarâso I can ultimately attract the right clients and focus more on interior design.
Â
Or Valerie did
I used to struggle with inconsistent work and misaligned clients, but working with you has changed everything. The weekly sessions keep me accountable, focused, and taking action. Iâve gained clarity, defined my ideal client, and finally feel like Iâm moving forward with purpose. I highly recommend it

Or any of my students, whether they have just a few projects under their belt or have been in the industry for years, whoâve been able to raise their fees, create strong concepts, clearly communicate their creative vision to clients and align their design skills with smart business strategies so that they get paid what they are worth.Â
Â
LET'S TALK! Schedule your call here âBecoming a successful designer isnât reserved for the ultra-talented or the lucky few.
Â
ITâS FOR THOSEÂ WITH BIG DREAMS AND A COMMITMENT TO MASTERING BOTH THEIR CRAFT
AND THE BUSINESS SIDE OF DESIGN, LIKE YOU AND ME.Â
BUT BEFORE YOU TELL ME YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME, THERE'S SOMETHING WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT:
3 lies that many designers believe that need to be straightened out with a titanium flat-iron
Â
â "If Iâm not naturally talented, Iâll never be a great designer."
Truth: Talent can give you a head start, but mastery comes from learning and applying proven techniques. Most successful designers you admire have honed their skills through hard work and constant refinement, not just natural talent.
Â
â "I should just focus on design; the business side isnât for me."âŻ
Truth: You canât build a thriving studio without knowing how to run it as a business. Business skills give you the freedom to work on your terms, attract better clients, and charge what youâre worth.
Â
â "I need a big team to land high-profile projects."
Truth: You donât need a huge team to take on big projects. In fact, I often work with a very small teamâand sometimes even soloâon also bigger design projects. It's not about the size of your team, but about having the right strategies and processes in place that allow you to handle large-scale work efficiently.

you could be presenting your designs to high-paying clients, working on your dream projectsâand finally enjoying the financial freedom to raise your rates confidently. Whether that means treating yourself to a luxury getaway or simply having brunch with friends on a Wednesday because your schedule is now fully under your control, itâs all within reach.

Hi, I'm Ingrid
IâM AN AWARD-WINNING INTERIOR DESIGNER
My journey started in the film industry as a set designer and art director, working on large-scale projects. While I loved crafting visuals within tight deadlines, I realized my passion lay in the design process itself.Â
Â
After having my second child, I stepped away from film to find more flexibility. I launched my own design label in 2012 but soon missed the excitement of large-scale projects, leading me on the creative journey to where I am today.Â
Â
I teamed up with a photographer friend to work on a purely creative project. We set up in an old factory, styling and capturing scenes just for the sake of art.
Â

But I was still scared to take the leap.
With a young family and the responsibility of maintaining an income, thoughts like âShouldnât I be looking for clients?â constantly lingered in the back of my mind. I had no idea at the time, but this project would change everything.Â
Â
That creative experiment led to a request from hotels like De Librije, a three-Michelin-star restaurant, to redesign all their hotel rooms. It opened doors to PR opportunitiesâmy work was featured in top magazines and newspapersâand positioned me as a designer to watch. The exposure helped me build a reputation for delivering outstanding, story-driven designs, establishing myself in the high-end market. Â
Â
Â
What sets me apart is my deep understanding of how design impacts business. I always consider my clientâs business goals, knowing that a strong design can significantly enhance their success. Over time, Iâve grown to enjoy the strategy behind running a studio as much as the design work itself.Â
Â
Â
When Iâm not in the studio, Iâm at home on a half-acre by the forest or traveling for inspirationâa balance of creativity, family, and adventure. After building a successful studio, I now share my insights with other designers, helping them avoid mistakes and grow faster, achieving projects they love that pay well.

Before joining DBM, I was afraid to leave my 9-5 because I didnât believe I could attract clients. But thanks to Ingrid and the DBM program, I quit my 9-5, gained the confidence and strategy I needed to take the leap and start building my own studio. DBM truly shifted my mindset and showed me whatâs possible when you take action with clarity.

I realized my business wasnât gaining momentum because I had been focusing only on the visible, enjoyable parts and completely overlooking the foundational aspects of running a studio. Through DBM, Iâve experienced a powerful mindset shift, gained clarity, and now have the tools and confidence to build a sustainable business with purpose.
TanjaÂ

Before joining DBM, I struggled with plateaued growth and lack of clarity around my ideal client because I said yes to every assignment. After DBM, my mindset and vision shiftedâI now work strategically on my business, know exactly who I want to serve, and how to reach them through marketing and sales.

Â
LET'S TALK! schedule a call with me >>FAQs? We prefer to call them

How should I find the time to implement a new approach when my schedule is already full?
What if I don't have the budget to invest in a new program or tools right now?
Isn't this approach too complicated, and won't it add more stress to my already busy workload?
Do I really need to focus in business when I just want to concentrate on my design work?
Why should I join this program if things are already going well in my business?
Is this program suitable for any design style?
I want to attract a different kind of clienteleâwill DBM help me with that?
Do I Need to Be a Certain Type of Person to Attract the Clients I Want?
How Hard Is It Going to Be?
English isnât my native language, what if I fall behind?
Do I need to use a lot of color like you in this course to be successful?
Do I need a big team to take on big projects?

âWhatâs this gonna require on my endâ you ask?
Â
HEREâS YOUR NON-BS CRITERIA. IâM STRAIGHTFORWARD BECAUSE THATâS THE WAY I WORK.Â
Here are a few non-negotiables. You must be willing toâŚÂ
Â
â Get real about your design and business skills. Itâs not enough to have one without the other. DBM is about mastering both, so you need to be ready to develop and refine both areas. If youâve neglected your business strategies, weâll fix that. If your design hasnât evolved in years, weâll address that too.Â
â Step out of your comfort zone. Whether itâs pushing your creative limits or learning how to sell your services, this course will challenge you. Iâll guide you every step of the way, but itâs up to you to take those leaps.Â
â Show up for yourself and your studio. Success doesnât come from wishful thinking. It comes from taking consistent, strategic action. Youâll need to dedicate time to the training, implement what you learn, and stay accountable. Weâve got the live calls and community to support you, but you have to be all in.Â
â Join the conversation. Check in regularly with the community and live calls. This is where weâll troubleshoot, answer questions, and share wins. Your involvement helps you stay on track and ensures you never feel stuck.Â

This means DBM is for you!âŻ
Iâve always wanted things fast. Which is why, if youâre committed, I insist we work fast and get your studio off the ground.âŻIf youâre dead-set on staying middle of the pack (and can digest working for clients you donât even like), Iâm not here to convince you otherwise.âŻÂ
Â
But if youâre committed to growth and if youâre cool spending your hours on this, knowing the upfront hustle will pay off massively down the road, then DBM is for you.Â
Â
And youâre willing to let me coach you through mindset shifts, business growth strategies, and design techniques thatâll boost your success 10x faster, letâs make it happen!Â
